水の中で、自分の身体が一瞬、
他人のもののように見えたことがあった。
自分の身体だと知っている。
それでも、目の前にある身体と
「自分」という感覚が結びつかなかった。

Once underwater, my own body appeared to me, for a moment, as if it belonged to someone else.
I knew it was my body. And yet, the body before my eyes did not connect with my sense of “self.”
